2015 February CQJP Block

Another Snowy New England weekend!   This snowstorm started on Saturday and is expected to continue to snow until Tuesday; that's right, 4 days of snow, and what a great time to finish some unfinished projects :)

This is my February Crazy Quilt Journal Project (CQJP) block, and yes, you will find it too, like January, has a few snowflakes embellished on it. 

The fabrics I chose are all in shades of pink, from soft to vibrant, and the embellishments range in color from white, thru pink , to red.   I have also incorporated some beading, crystal and pearl embellishments along with a few cotton trims.   The threads I used are the DMC floss and perle cotton.
